How do I convince my parents to..?

I'm a girl, I'm 13 and it's summer now! My parents start work early and come home late, and I get stuck in my house doing chores and drooling on my phone.. My friends go out a lot and I would like to do some fun stuff like go to the park, mall and stuff like that. My parents wont let me because they are over protective. I BEHAVE, I do my chores everyday and stuff and I do most of the cleaning in the house. How do i convince them that I am responsible enough to go out with my friends?
