Mold in the windows!! Do I have a Warranty? Help?

I bought a home in 07 and I dont have any paperwork on the windows. I beleive they are Simonton Windows... They are 2 pane windows and there is a leak in the window and the gas has gone leaving behind mold splatches.... I dont know where to find the warranty. There site is not very user freindly. Help please...
