Adult starting ortho treatment; LOTS of questions!?

There is a series of wire sizes that every orthodontic patient gets starting out really light to heavy eventually. They will be able to level all your teeth more than likely but it will take a while so you have to be patient. You will see a change almost immediately but depending on your misalignment that will determine treatment length ex: 2-3 years. With adults you will experience more soreness. If your arches are really narrow you might have to have a palatal expander to widen the arch. Alot of orthodontist won't put appliances on adults but where I work the orthodontist does and we see beautiful results.
