Better to go back up to the roof. The chances of the office building burning to the ground, especially if its a massive building like 31 floors, is slim to none. Go to the roof and wait it out. Better to stick to the corners of the roof building, as corner stones are more sturdy. I would MUCH prefer that option than to battle it out with a group of people to get on a precarious window washer which no one may know how to operate and which could break.
