I have had a headache for 2 days. why?

i have dat this headache for 2 days it is pane full when i shake my head if i dont mone the pane stops it hearts more when i look at some thang bright. the pae it around my eyes forhead and back of my head. i am 15 yeard old and i dont know whats up it sucks...
