Is there any way of changing a Microsoft word document into JPG format ?

That's a little weird that they wouldn't have Word. Do they have Adobe Acrobat Reader? It's free and can be downloaded from the internet. Just export your document as a PDF file. Otherwise, you'd need to do screenshots.
