Should i drop this crush ?

Im so confused..there was this guy who i really liked who showed alot of signs that i thought he liked me like smiling and saying hello, stopping to talk whenever he saw me, askin me what he should buy, he starts some convos, seems like he is always lookin for me and in the mall he chooses the same cashout line im in, always kind to me looks me in the eyes, but he never talks to me online, he explains his computers broken but i see him online, just wierd, he moved to and said he would like to come back to the area though, i havent seen or heard in 3 months, sent him a message never replied. Im a bit hurt but so confused. He was a new friend i met at the mall, only a year weve known eachother, and weve never hung out.. Should i wait or move on?
